Had Joses team for my move and they were absolutely phenomenal. So quick, kind and helpful. Took excellent care of my items and checked with me multiple times on where I wanted items to go, how I wanted things to look for placement, etc. I was so impressed with them and thankful for their help.

I had a good experience with movers. My only complaint would be that the person who was in charge of moving my stuff ended up a charging me an extra hour even though the contract was for two hours. His reason for charging me an extra hour was because apparently my elevator got stuck in the things got left behind Mind you the two hours have not been done . As I think about it now, I feel like he ended up overcharging me when he shouldnt have.. I felt bad saying no although what I knew that the two hours were not done and we still had 20 minutes before the two hour mark to be done. Yet because the stuff got stuck in the elevator, he felt the need to charge me an extra hour.. at this point its already been two months and I dont think that theres anything that can be done however just be careful that they dont overcharge you because they can. I also dont think this is part of the front office when we made the schedules. This was just the main guy who was in charge of the two guys who charged extra.. he still had the audacity to ask me for a tip for the guys I honestly didnt wanna even give the tip because he charged me an extra hour for what when he didnt do anything in that extra hour. I only ended up giving a little bit of tip, but to be honest, I dont even feel like it was worth it, considering the fact that he charged me a full extra hour. Where they did nothing..
