- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
These services are a luxury. Typically, we are traveling having to bring various equipment and products that come out of our own pockets. We do this to provide such an experience and our pricing is reflected upon that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to first get to know the client, learning what event we are getting ready for and what type of inspiration look they would like. I always suggest doing a video consult first, where specifics can be discussed such as location, times, and how many individuals require the service and addition alt cart services can be added, and also, to see if we are good match! 😊
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certification from prestige cosmetic retail company. Every year attending seminars and workshops to keep up with the trends and assure I am performing best practices for my clients.
