- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies depending on the project but for small projects we have a 1/2 day rate and full day rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Exterior Construction Services Inc. will either do a.site vist for larger projecrs or look at photos and a.detailed explination of what the issue is. Once that process occurs, we will provide the customer with an estimate within 24-48 hours depending on the size of the project. It is then up to tje cistomer to decide whether or not to hire us. Once the decision has been made.to hire Exterior Construction Services Inc, we will draw up a contract with a hard start and finish date, payment information as well as our warranty . Then on the day we have scheduled to start, we show up and start your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 3rd generation masonry and concrete tradesmen as well as an Exterior envelope engineer . As an exterior envelope engineer and a tradesmen, I have the combination of both the installation procedures and the design criteria to access exterior issues and design and imstall a remedy that will solve whatever issue the building may be having
