Transformational Bodywork

Introduction: With 25+ years of experience, you'll feel the difference in the touch. Referred by physicians, dentists, physical therapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, naprapaths, pilates instructors, psychotherapists and massage therapists, supporting their patients and clients managing stress and various acute and chronic pain syndromes. Sessions are about creating change, or healing, defined simply as improvement in body, mind, emotion, and/or spirit. Sessions may include any or all of the following tools: traditional massage and bodywork, guided imagery, wellness and energy coaching. Often, people who are managing a variety of pain syndromes including migraines, whiplash, TMJ dysfunction, neck pain, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, back pain, hip pain, cramping, joint paint, knee pain, foot pain, etc. find relief in this work! And, sometimes, you just need to breathe, relax, and enjoy a full body massage!
