- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am particular about getting the details right. As the saying goes “whether it’s a big job or a small job…do it right, or not at all.” I want you to be happy with the final results of your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in business administration. I am a union trained ironworker with active certificates in welding, rigging, crane operations, and safety. I have remodeled several residences and I have been the on call handyman for a multi-unit apartment building in Chicago for over 15 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with home owners, renters, and business owners.
