Marquise and Haider were wonderful. They responded to our inquiry immediately, came out on a holiday, and managed to get a remediation scheduled within the week. They are knowledgeable about the moldremoval process and provided a professional opinion on what should happen to stay safe. We would hire them again if need be in the future.

Chicago Mold service cane out on very short notice after we were informed of mold in our condo. We were very thankful for the quick response from the team. After they had to conduct a mold test to determine the type of mold, we were ghosted after that. We paid the $299 and from there never heard from him. We have reached out 3 times with no response.

I am very pleased with the mold remediation service provided by Chicago Mold Service. I just moved into my new home in Lincoln Square where it had mold in the basement. I got quotes from two places and Chicago mold had the best price and did the most thorough assessment. Marques and his team were able to tell me exactly where it was located behind the walls. The entire crew were very thorough, paid attention to detail, respectful and safe throughout the remediation process. They were also respectful of our space and belongings, especially during COVID-19. I wasn’t expected as good of a job as they have done. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish the guys at Chicago Mold Service did an incredible job clearing away all the mold and water in my basement. After a few days of heavy rain my basement was filled with water damaging everything! I wish i took pictures of what my basement looked like before because they don't even look like the same place! Incredible job!
