- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While most companies charge extra for materials (such as shrink wrap, bubble wrap, tape, etc), we do not. Shrink Wrap, bubble wrap, tape, and moving pads are included free of charge. Our pricing is competitive without sacrificing the quality of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll ask a few questions and take an inventory to get a better understanding of your needs, then we'll provide an estimate based on the information provided. We can also offer an onsite estimate in most cases. Our visual estimator will come to your home and take an inventory of goods to be moved, this always results in a more accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 30 years of moving and customer service experience to the table.
