- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fixed, but I am willing to negotiate longer projects and last minute needs that you have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the needs of the customer and ask questions when I am unsure of something. I like to give regular updates of completed tasks, whether that is sending you a to-do list in the morning and communicating what was completed in the evening.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's degree in Spanish with total proficiency. Over 7 years experience working with data entry, calling clients, and conducting interviews with clients.
