well I was told that two men was coming out to assemble a sleeper couch and dresser and a bed and a shoe bench. it was communicated over the phone and that it was a down payment or deposit for $50, which I was told was for traveling, $200 to assemble all the items. they came to the door with a third person which was basically the overseer to make sure that the guys did what they were supposed to do neatly and efficient. She said that she was the boss and that she was going to be they're the whole time. No one came with any power drills or electric screwdrivers. The sleeper couch was done first and it took them 2 hours and 45 minutes to 3 hours and then they took a break and went and got something to eat. They was in the basement and then they went upstairs to assemble the full size bed with a trundle. Upon giving them bit by bit instructions on how to line up slats and to nail in straight and to make each one equally set apart she pointed out different things. It was 2 and a half hours on the full bed with a trundle, and casters. at any rate they kind of felt some kind of way that it took longer than it was expected, so I was told that normally they charge $125 per hour and this was told to me upon completing the bed with trundle so the price had went up from $200 to $380 and I told her that I was not responsible for them not having the proper tools to do the assembling. And I then told her that I was not going to pay the 380 so she changed it to $350. They only did those two items, the shoe bench and the dresser was not completed. So I didn't appreciate that they left my house because they left my at 11:20 at night. to mean this bad business cuz you wasn't Timely and you didn't come equipped with tools you needed to do it in a timely manner.
