I had an excellent experience with RTO Express and John O’Neal! They helped move an extremely heavy aesthetic chair, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. John and his team were professional, careful, and clearly experienced with movingheavy items. They took their time to make sure the chair was moved safely and protected throughout the entire process.
They were reliable, efficient, and treated the chair and the space with great care. Everything arrived in perfect condition. John was great!
He was so quick to respond, accommodated a same day move and was wonderful to work with.
I was trying to movefurniture from one room to another and he made it happen.
Things that I really appreciated.
1. You could really see how careful he was with all of furniture and walls. He was extremely efficient without making me feel like he was rushing around corners.
2. One of the pieces was a baby dresser and changing table. I removed the drawers before he arrived so that it would be lighter to move and he started to assemble the drawers again without asking. I know it sounds small, but I really appreciated his attention to detail and going the extra mile.
3. He was really nice and very professional. He was really easy to talk to and made the experience completely stress free. Thank you John!!

The RTO team were very responsive and executed my heavyfurnituremove on the same afternoon. The logistics were less than optimal but they persevered and successfully moved the pieces. I would recommend RTO.

the team arrived promptly, were extremely organized and completed the job effectively and quickly. they were very polite, professional and kind. i was relocating an entire bedroom in preparation for hospice care for my mother. they were gentle with relocating the furniture to our storage area and even reorganized the area without prompting. when they realized the reason why we required their services, they were soo kind and supportive. we will absolutely use their services to return the furniture when the time arrives and we would also highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. five plus stars all around!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum and travel fee depending how far away the job is. We can also do smaller requests and adjust our price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and take note on what all is being moved. We typically come out and see or have the customer send pictures of items being moved. Then we call and confirm the day before the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years OJT. Weightlifting also has helped prepare for the more heavy items
