To Whom it May Concern, I first met Julie when she was working on another project. She immediately impressed me as being very bright, brillant, extremely exceptionally talented as an artist, modest and approachable. I have, as others, been going through a tough time during this year 2020 of COVID. However, the mural she has seemingly effortlessly created in my backyard is nothing short of expectacular and inspiring!! Her attention to detail, meaning and substance is very authentic. I would recommend her work to anyone who values priceless art. She is polite, prompt in her replies to texts or phone calls, with amazing dedication and attention to detail, enquiring of me what I thought, how I felt moving forward with this project and always available for feedback and questions.
