Excellent experience. When say they moved with speed. They did not hesitate. Got the job DONE!!. VEMery careful with my items, asked me where I wanted things placed and put them there. Even helped me move some out of place items. I recommend Medina Shalom. Very very nice gentlemen.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep it simple for small jobs ex(1 or 2 bedrooms or few items moved) which I charge flat rate. For bigger jobs I also offer flat rate or do hourly whatever the customer feels more comfortable with. And all prices include packing material, tape moving blakets and shrinkwrap
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask basic questions about their move and then I ask what is main concern about move such as price, item protection, how long it’ll take, etc. to fill the correct need
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started at bottom now im still there! lol even though I worked as a mover, as a driver, as a dispatcher, salesperson, packer and unpacker, trainer. I still learn everyday and love what I do
