It was great working with Joe. He was always available by phone and email. He answered all the questions we had before booking him for our wedding. I was a little disappointed in the sound quality during our wedding ceremony. The microphone kept cutting in and out. We weren't video recording our ceremony, but if we were, I would've been very disappointed with the sound afterwards. He tried to fix the microphone during our ceremony, but the quality remained the same. Joe played some songs while our pianist and violinist were setting up inside to play during the cocktail hour. He played great music all night and even accommodated us for our last minute changes for the bridal party introductions for the reception. My fiance sent him the info the night before our wedding and he still made it happen. Overall we had a great experience with Joe and he really helped make our wedding day memorable. We also booked an open air photobooth with Joe and his helper, Alex(sp?) was a great help. He encouraged people to take pictures and went to ask Joe for help when there were any issues with the photo booth camera. Joe had sent examples for the photo booth strip designs and I wasn't a fan of the designs he sent. I looked up other ideas on the internet and sent him designs for what I liked. He was able to create something that looked great for the wedding. I didn't see the design before the wedding, I would've liked to, however my fiance and I waited until the last minute to take care of this because of other things we had deal with. Overall... A+!!! My wife and I recently hosted a casual party for 100 at our farm for my employees, customers, family, and friends. Donna was extremely friendly, attentive, and very professional. Her bartending skills are exceptional and creative - she even brought her own bar! Our friends commented on her creativity and were impressed that she went around and made sure that everyone had what they wanted. When she wasn't making drinks she was collecting empty glasses and plates from the tables. She determined what our needs were and she met us at Binny's to help select exactly what we needed before the party. Her energy level was as high after 8 hours as when she arrived. We would recommend her highly to help make any event successful!

My husband and I threw a party for a group of about 50 and Donna was AMAZING!!!!!! She took care of EVERYTHING from getting drinks, bringing plates and food out, cleaning up everything and even cutting the cake! She was so friendly and did whatever we asked plus so much more! She was constantly making sure everyone was happy and she worked so hard! Donna had a great personality, such a hard worker and was amazing to work with! Rico and DJ Mambo are hands down the best duo i have ever seen at a wedding!! My wife and I had the honor to have them at our wedding this past friday 7-7-2017 and WOW what an amazing time. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at the Hard Rock Hotel Chicago. Our party was an 80s theme. We wanted to enjoy ourselves so we looked into having someone MC & host our event. After careful research, I selected Rick @ Special Occasion Events. Rick came dressed for the occasion, engaged the crowd, and got everyone dancing. Rick has lots of energy, and everyone ended up having a blast. My next special event, I'm certainly going to call Rick. I worked with Bethany Moore Event planning, and more specifically with Hannah. These girls are amazing! Hannah was with us along the way even though we only hired them for "day-of" it felt like much more. Hannah was with us for the walk throughs before and available via email. It was AWESOME to be able to hand over all of my vendors/day of worries and responsibilities to her ahead of time and trust that it was all in good hands. Hannah rocked it!! She took care of all of the details exactly as I envisioned, made sure everyone got everything they were supposed to/everything was set up and returned as planned. She coordinated with all of my vendors ahead of time and day of. She was a total boss at rehearsal and the day of the wedding getting our bridal party on top of their stuff. If we had any issues/crises on our wedding day I didn't know about it and that's all you can hope for having a wedding coordinator - peace of mind and execution of your dream wedding. Worth every penny. On top of that she is so sweet and wonderful as a person! My only regret is not hiring her for more of the process (Month of/the whole wedding planning/design) and recommend them and Hannah to any bride!! You are in good hands!!! Oh and I asked Hannah to set up some things in our changing suite (robes, slippers, my dress and accessories) for the next day and she made it look soooo cute and special!! :) These girls are very organized, on top of things, and make everything trendy and cute and easy. We used Bethany Moore Events for the full service wedding planning & coordination. We couldn’t have pulled off such an amazing day without Bethany. Bethany came very prepared to all of our meetings and listened to our ideas and needs for a multicultural wedding. Bethany found the perfect venue to accommodate our fluctuating guest list (we had a large number of guests invited from different countries). She came up with and executed a beautiful décor design, arriving early to the venue to put some of the pieces together and found ways to use elements more than once. We used Bethany’s florist and got a great deal for exacting what we wanted. In addition to the venue and florist, we also used Bethany’s recommendations for our photographer and band. She coordinated with all of our vendors, managed the timeline and kept us on budget. She had such great ideas on adding personal touches to our wedding day including consulting on our ceremony structure. She was always available if we had questions and jumped into action with any day-of mishaps (pinning the dress when the bustle ripped and reorganizing our wedding party line up as we were walking into the ceremony). We highly recommend Bethany Moore Events for the full-service planning, the amount of work Bethany put into our wedding more than paid for itself.

However, based on Bethany’s style, personality, business acumen, ethics, and pricing, we were immediately in awe and decided to hire her. We cannot say enough great things about Heidi and highly recommend her wedding services to any other couples! Heidi served as our wedding coordinator in September 2017 and she was worth her weight in gold so that we could have a relaxing and elegant wedding. Thanks to Heidi we were able to truly enjoy our time with all of our guests many of whom had traveled from Europe and across the US to be with us. On the day of the wedding Heidi did an incredible and efficient job running our early morning rehearsal which immediately put everyone participating in the ceremony at ease. She and her two assistants were then present at our venue throughout the day coordinating the vendors as they arrived, setting up decor, and bringing us our bouquets for photos. She even sent me a few photos of the cake and decor as sneak peeks as we were out and about all day with our wedding party. Once we arrived at the venue everything looked absolutely perfect and she even had water set up for the wedding party as we got ready to walk down the aisle (she also had water, snacks, pain killers and whatever else anyone needed!). During the evening wedding Heidi kept everything to schedule and moved the guests seamlessly throughout the venue from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. She worked closely with the photographer, caterer, and musicians to make sure everything went to plan. If anything went wrong during the day or evening we did not know about it! At the end of the wedding she and her two assistants packed up all our boxes of decor/cake/leftover alcohol and took it to our hotel so our family and friends were able to go back to their hotels or to the after party with no worries. In addition to the actual wedding day, Heidi was wonderful from day one. After we decided to work together we met with Heidi early in the summer and showed her around our venue. A couple of weeks before the wedding she also came to our final walkthrough with our caterer. We also had multiple check-in calls the week leading up to the wedding to go through final details. During the week before the wedding she was in touch with all of our vendors to introduce herself and to work out any details which took all vendor management out of our hands. In short, we had a very detailed schedule and notes of how we wanted our wedding to run and look and Heidi executed it with precision and even helped us think of details we might not have thought of ourselves. We had 60 guests and wanted a personal, professional, and elegant Chicago wedding. So many guests commented on how smoothly everything went during the day and how much they enjoyed the pace and look of the evening. We were a very happy bride and groom!

I hired Elite Minibus for a bachelorette party and I couldn't be happier. I didn't want to spend too much and I wasn't sure how many girls I'd have, so Elite worked with me to get the most economic bus but still have a great ride experience. Our driver, Kevin, even showed up a little early and was very courteous. He would drop us off and all I had to do was call him when we were ready to leave to go to the next stop he was there in minutes! The bus even came with champaign and beer. Being a busy and growing company, we did not have the time to properly prepare for the event, nor did we want to screw it up and embarrass ourselves. SAVING Grace came highly recommended, so we gave her a call, gave her the parameters, which we had lots of, and let her run with it. The party went down without any issues, the staff she secured was amazing, the food was delicious and plentiful and the entire event was a huge success. Chasing Perfection recently coordinated my wedding a few weeks ago. Jenna did my bridal shower in April and after seeing how amazing it turned out, I knew I had to have her do my wedding as well! Alana was my wedding coordinator/planner and she was awesome! She was very helpful during the process. No matter when I called she answered and whatever I wanted she delivered. My wedding was beautiful. I loved everything down to the wedding programs she made for me. The reception space was beautifully decorated. I couldn't have asked for better. She helped make my day stress and worry free. All in all I'm a very happy customer and would use her company for future events. I highly recommend her, you won't regret it!
