Now that I’ve finally slowed down.. I can tell you all about my experience booking Chef J'Belaire Vs for my mother Daphne Black 59th Birthday…. Chef J’Belaire is one of the most OUTSTANDING ENTREPRENEURS I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF MEETING. She is someone who is extremely focused on her business, her passion and perfecting her craft and it shows up in the food and the atmosphere she creates. You can literally taste the passion in every bite. She has defined the impact she desires to have in this world and has held tight to her vision with every ounce of her focus. Everything about my booking experience, the communication between us, before, during and after the presentation and the level of professionalism was everything I expected and more. The menu she created catered to my needs as far as making heart healthy food choices for the menu because my father has just had open heart surgery the week before. She doesn’t cut ANY CORNERS when it comes to delivering the best food and service experience. She was on time, cooked and plated everything beautifully , DROVE 2 HOURS and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The food was so delicious! I’m so happy that my first shrimp and grits experience was from her. SHE’S APART OF MY FAMILY NOW AND THERE IS NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT. I KNO I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE..
