- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
if I am being considered for Personal Chef Services or Weekly Meals, I e-mail the potential client a questionnaire, regarding allergies, favorite foods, least favorite foods, health issues,...etc. Upon receipt of questionnaire, I call or e-mail the potential client to discuss in detail the questionnaire. For catering, I call the client to discuss expectations, logistics, type of food needed,... etc. Upon receipt of all information, I then create tailor a menu to the client's needs and send for review. Upon confirmation of the menu, I send a contract to be reviewed detailing my services, what will be delivered & payment schedule.
