Chef Tony was amazing! It was my husband and my 20th wedding anniversary and we hired Chef Tony for making us Mexican dinner. He was so professional, punctual, well matured and fun. He made us a scrumptious meal and made our evening even more special.

I had a very pleasant experience in planning my event with SavorWe. Abby (from customer service) was kind and responsive to my specific needs. She helped me with selecting the chefs, customizing menu for the occasion and through the entire booking process (all over chat and a phone call). Chef Mea was amazing! Her food tasted better than it looks in the photos on Thumbtack. She did a great job in laying out the table, explaining how each dish was prepared and the ingredients, and making the event very special for us. Hats off to her expertise and her professionalism. I’d definitely recommend Chef Mea and the entire SavorWe.

Chef Tony was hired to prepare a six course meal for myself and five other women. The food was wonderful and he was very professional. I will definitely hire him again for our next ladies dinner!

Chef Mea was amazing. She was very personable and tailored the experience to be wonderful for the kids and and grandparents. The next day I heard from my mom’s friends about what an amazing birthday gift this cookie making class was for my mom. Everyone had big smiles.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our experiences start at $85 for a 3-course meal and go up to 7-course experiences. You can also customize your own menu. For more on our wide variety of menus please head to our app SavorWe on both App store and Google Play. Our chefs come from the best groups and restaurants in Chicago like the Boka group.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can ping us on Thumbtack. Additionally, customers can directly book using the SavorWe app. It takes less than 5 minutes to book. Customers can chat directly with the chefs in the app too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chefs are hand picked through a vetting process and background check. Each chef has to pass a number of tests to be on the app. Our chefs have been recruited or have worked for prestigious restaurants like Alinea, Girl and the Goat etc.
