Organization has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, which made leaving the corporate world to fulfill a passion for helping others an easy and liberating decision. With over twelve years of experience in restaurant management and years of office management experience, I have harnessed the skills, talent, love, and innate ability to change your clutter to clarity.
Equipped with strategies and distinct knowledge to assess issues and define specific solutions to clutter, I implement creativity, psychology, and chic remedies to remove waste and organize your space. Working closely with clients to ensure that the area functions for them allows for an organized ambiance that is critical to fostering a sense of calm and satisfaction.
I hold a Green Belt certification in process improvement and waste elimination (Lean Six Sigma) and am a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals (NAPO).

Marquita is absolutely fantastic! I have used her for two projects, and she knocked both out of the park. The first project was a basement storage/laundry room that became a room filled EVERYTHING all over the place......pure chaos. I felt overwhelmed and defeated every time I went into that room. Marquita brought calm, confidence and structure without judgement. Now, I have a well-organized storage and laundry room that I'm proud to enter.
She recently helped me with my kitchen. I wanted solutions on how to better utilize the cabinet space and make my kitchen more functional. We work together to declutter and organize my kitchen. My ADHD brain can easily get off track, but Marquita was there to keep me focused on the task.
She has a lot of pride in her work. She pulls everything out then thoroughly cleans the space (she is not afraid to use some "elbow grease") before organizing your stuff.
Lastly, I want to say that Marquita is thoughtful and practical. She is not trying to sell you products or systems. She gives you options that work with your budget. Again, she does it with no judgement.

Marquita is a true delight! Her professionalism as well as her ability to turn a space into remarkable makeover is unsurpassed. Her creativity and willingness to help people overcome ways to reorganize their homes as well as their lives in ways people could only imagine. But with her help, she can definitely inspire those who may be overwhelmed with tackling the ideas of organizing spaces and ridding of extra clutter. Thanks Marquita

“An absolute gem in the world of homeorganization! From the moment she walked through the door, her punctuality and professionalism set the tone for an exceptional experience. Her vibrant spirit and genuine enthusiasm for her work were truly infectious, making the entire process a joy from start to finish. With unwavering dedication and meticulous attention to detail, she transformed my space into a haven of order and serenity. Her hard work and expertise shone through every step of the way, and the results spoke volumes about her talent and passion for organization.
But it was more than just her skills that impressed me. She made me feel completely at peace, taking the stress away from my day and creating a sense of calm within my home. She took the time to sit down and truly understand my needs, figuring out what would make my life easier and my organization more efficient. Her thoughtful approach and personalized touch made all the difference in the world, and I am forever grateful for the positive impact she has had on my space and my life.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my rates begin at $100 an hour and increase depending on the project. I also offer flat rates for multiple rooms or large projects. Additionally, there is a $75 fee for initial consultations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is established, we complete an intake form that gathers detailed information about the project at hand and the client's everyday routines. Understanding these patterns is crucial for us to help organize their space effectively. This process allows us to craft systems that genuinely work for them, ensuring that every project is custom-designed to meet each client's unique needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent many years in corporate America and have helped my parents run our family business. Gratefully clients have stated that I am a consummate professional. Additionally, I have spent many years in a career that has aided in my organizational skills. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology which helps me to better understand why the client may be holding on to items that they are reluctant to release. I am also a Lean Six Sigma certified Greenbelt which means I am proficient in streamlining processes and eliminating waste.
