I started training with Tony at the beginning of this year. I had recently joined a gym and was just looking for a trainer to give me some pointers on how to use the equipment. What I thought was just going to be a couple of sessions has ended up becoming a regular and really important part of my life. I thought I was just seeking some help to get my body in shape for an upcoming beach vacation, but Tony inspired me to make fitness a big part of my lifestyle and has really helped me make lasting improvements to the way I look and feel. He is the perfect blend of demanding and encouraging so I always feel challenged to push harder, but confident that I can do it. His Boot Camps add an extra level of energy to my workouts because he makes exercising as a group fun and not remotely intimidating ... they are high energy and always changing, so I burn 700 - 800 calories every time but they go by in a flash. I give Tony a lot of credit for motivating a (formerly) somewhat lazy musician like me to get serious about fitness and I would highly recommend his 1-on-1 training and his Boot Camp to anyone who needs a little inspiration to take their body, mind, and fitness to the next level!

Hey Tony- I’m usually too wiped out at the end of our workouts to properly thank you for doing such a great job. When I started seeing you four months ago I was feeling out of shape and old. Now I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. I have more energy and confidence and I look better than I did when I was 18 (and I’m almost 49). Last weekend I pulled weeds and worked on my backyard for 5 hours. In the past I would have been in pain for days but I was not sore at all. I guess all of those squats have paid off. I’ve always loved running but was constantly plagued by knee injuries (ten years ago I had surgery to clean up torn cartilage). I am now running faster and farther and without pain. I’ve had trainers in the past that I thought were good but you are in a different league. I don’t think we’ve done the same workout twice. I’m amazed that you keep coming up with new exercises. Where my other trainers looked off into space and counted reps, you are constantly watching me, correcting my form and motivating me to push beyond my comfort zone. I just want to give a little motivation back to you... Please keep up the great work. I really appreciate it. Thanks, Steven

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been a trainer for 20+ years. My grandparents died of health related illness's. My parents have either high blood pressure or have had heart surgery, lastly my sister suffers from MS. I want to not only live a long life but also show that physical fitness is the best medicine money can buy.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always suggest request a free week to gage yourself with the instructor/coach. This way you have an understanding of how this person teaches and how you will benefit from their expertise.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

All trainers are not created equal,we all are as different as clients. Not every trainer can get results every clients wants. Its all about synergy and compatibility. so interview your trainer and make sure that he/she is on the same page as you. Please remember, we are professionals and do want to help but we are not perfect.
