I have been working with Stefan since April. It is now December, and I am still working with him and plan to continue with him for much longer. That shows how great he is at what he does. Not only does he know what he's doing, but he is also someone great to talk to and is very personal. He is coming to watch me run my half-marathon this Saturday, which he helped me train for. Very knowledgeable, knows how to work with your strengths and weaknesses. Keeps you productive and motivated throughout. The challenges/obstacles he helps you go through physically, helps molds not only your body but your mind as well! He’s also very patient, makes the workouts hard but not completely uncomfortable. Im Glad i met stephan every morning i wake up i doubt myself sometimes about going. But, everytime i do it reminds me of how hard i been working and how close i am to achieving my goal so its definitely a huge motivation every work out. This is my 9th session so far and i definitely noticed a change in energy. I can push myself harder then before even though i be quick to give up. He pushes me every time. And when i feel like i cant finish a workout he reminds me everytime i got this, im almost there, and that i have the strength to do it. He notices my progression every sesion and it makes him just as proud as it makes me to know i came a long way without stopping. #NeverGiveUp!
