Introduction: I'm originally from Ireland and now back in Chicago to help you with your health and fitness goals. I bravely left my role as a Construction Manager in 2015 to pursue an exciting career in Health and Fitness and have over 20 years of sporting experience in Gaelic Hurling, and Soccer to a semi-professional standard in England and in Spain. I have a wealth of experience in assisting clients to obtain healthy habits and fun ways to exercise to promote better health and better bodies in specifically tailored programs. I have been a lead HealthCoach to employees from an A list of multi-national corporations such as Dell, Kellogg’s and Johnson&Johnson to name a few coupled with 3,500 private clients.
I am comfortable going to clients' homes, gyms, apartments gyms, any outdoor green areas, swimming pools, or virtual calls to create a fun program for you that's relative to your goals. A very convenient benefit with me is that I also have a membership to a gym that allows me to bring a guest along to use the exercise in a fully equipped gym for free.
I’m very much a people person and would love the opportunity to meet you and discuss your goals and how we can achieve them together with a fun program. Virtual calls are perfectly fine also.
I will initially offer screening to clients that will give them an idea of where they are at before we begin our exercise program. This screening will indicate your current body weight, body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat rating, metabolic age. I have a spirometer that will also indicate your lung capacity which is something we can improve through cardio exercise. Another option for clients is also a quick 3 minute fitness test to see where you sit on the fitness chart as per your age bracket.
This is the perfect mix between objective numbers on your current physical state, an fun exercise program to better them, and then a follow up a couple of weeks later to see what improvements we made.
