- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, my certification requires me to have continued education every 2 years. I am constantly staying up to date with fitness and nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a professional ballet dancer who had to retire at 23 due to a chronic hip injury. I didn't want surgery so I started strength training to gain muscle in my legs. It took away all my pain. I started to realize that if you build muscle, then the physical problems you encounter might be fixable. I love helping people and helping them change their life. I always say, age isn't a number.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The biggest goal I have from clients is weight loss. I do nutrition programs and fitness programs for them in order for them to reach their goal. I also have a lot of moms that can't get to the gym and have children. Going to their house to train makes it easy and less stressful for them.
