This training was outstanding for me. A person that knew she needed to get in shape and needed real guidance that would truly help me gain my balance and strength. Archie,gave me the knowledge and ability to complete my training at my on pace, he pushed me to find that inner strength. And this is a training I will keep doing.

Archie was very creative in designing a workout routine for me. He asked what equipment I had at home to work with and from there he designed my workouts, he provided me with videos on the proper way to perform an exercise, he also suggested a meal plan and as of October I've lost 20 pounds. Thank you is not enough to express the gratitude I have toward Archie and what he has done for me.

I must say that the workouts that was created for me was challenging and rewarding. Archie listened to the goal I was trying to reach and gave me a program that I am proud to say I can see the results.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to become a trainer because I enjoy helping people achieve fitness goals they set for themselves. I often see "trainers" go thru the motions of training without taking into account what is ACTUALLY going to get that client to their goals

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    My proudest accomplishment is adding virtual coaching to my business. In doing so, I'm able to reach more clients, more often. My first virtual client began with me in September. Working with her over the last 6 months, we've been able to help her lose 30lbs!!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Look for a trainer with a nationally recognized certification. Also look for one that understands what you are looking for and can explain how they will help you achieve that goal.
