The name True M.E.D.S. represents the core philosophy. When starting a training program Mentality, Exercise, Diet and Supplementation are all a part of achieving our goals. To me training is not a job but a craft that I enjoy teaching and sharing with others. There are many ways to make training an enjoyable activity. I began training with Andrew Hoffman in Spring 2016 at the age of 56. My goal was functional strength. His encouragement and patience has paid off well. Not only do I have the strength and stamina to do things I haven't done in years, I was also able to lose 25 pounds just by following his nutrition advise. I haven't dieted, but just be tweaking my eating habits, the weight came off without trying! I couldn't have done any of these things without him, and I never worry that he will have me attempt anything that would injure me. He is more concerned about my health and well being than I am! Andrew always explains the purpose of each movement, and ensures I do them correctly to avoid hurting myself. I'm in better shape now than I was when my kids were little (now 30, 23 & 22), and I'm actually in better shape than they are! This is one man I plan on keeping in my life!

I've been working with Andrew for the last 4 years, and he is a truly fantastic trainer! He consistently delivers dynamic and challenging workouts, and I've never done the same routine twice. Andrew's help has gone well beyond the gym with at-home routines and nutrition advice. I've never felt stronger, leaner, or been more excited for summer!

Training with Andrew has been a fantastic experience. Since starting with Andrew 2 1/2 years ago he has helped me lose over 80 lbs, including keeping me on track and active while recovering from a knee injury. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you to achieve your personal goals. It is clear that Andrew loves what he does, and training with him has made me enjoy working out more than I ever thought I would. Would recommend Andrew to anyone!

Andrew has been great to train with. Will work with you to set a training regimen that is specific to you, pushes you, and works around any prior injuries or troublepoints you have.
