FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly for most of my work. My rate changes based on the number of people being photographed which increases the total number of images and the total amount of processing needed. I require a two hour minimum in order to provide the ability to insure prompt and reliable scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to go over what they are looking for in an image. Often clients want cheep and fast but when they get the final image they are not happy. Things like hair and makeup seem not as important before but when looking at an image once it's printed they can help to create overall satisfaction. In addition there is also a need to look at little things such as clothing choice and location. These can often seem not important but once the photo process is started they can greatly affect the final outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in digital photography from the Illinois Institute of Art. I also have a B.S. In Marketing from Lincoln Univercity.
