I highly recommend Packed for all your moving needs. What I thought was a pretty straightforward job of moving an armoire out of my home and into the garage turned out to be a nightmare as I failed to account for changes in ceiling height from recent renovations. The guys were determined to solve the puzzle and get the job done. Once the removed som trim from the bedroom doorway, the pieces were squeezed through and out to the garage in no time. Thank you!

Packed helped my parents move a heavy granite table from the house to garage. There were three guys who showed up and did a fantastic work. They are experienced and know what they are doing. The moment they saw the table they knew how to handle it and move so that there was no damage whatsoever. We'll definitely use them again and refer them around. Great team work!!!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our price depends on our client's needs. We like to be fair. Our average charge is $80/hour for 2 movers. This is our labor only rate. There may be a travel fee depending on the distance, and a material fee if the material is not reusable. We charge for trucks depending on use as we ourselves lease the vehicles for our client's as needed.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  We like to talk to our customers by phone. That's always our preferred method of communication. We hear their needs and answer their questions. We always like to make sure we are a good fit for you before we offer service.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Every one of us has 5 plus years of experience in moving, general labor, and handy work.
