Howdy music lovers! I work carefully and diligently. My intonation work is always self-evident and I don't leave until your piano is singing again. I guarantee stability. If any keys slip within the first month of tuning, I will do a free correction and possibly mend any loose tuning pins. Miscellaneous diagnostics & repair is $40/hr. About me: I live a life devoted to making good sounds and making peoples lives resonate just a little better. When I'm not in front of other people's pianos I'm a multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer located in Old Irving Park, Chicago. I graduated in 2013 from the University of Michigan with a BFA in Music Technology. My constant pursuit of creative control in my recording process has lead me progressively deeper into the weeds of music-making. Tuning pianos is no exception. My piano tuning career has been a natural progression. I began servicing my own piano out of sheer curiosity and fascination. Then I found myself tuning pianos of musicians in my circle, branching out through word of mouth, and then finally as the sole piano technician of Chicago Public Schools. Since then, I have spent years repairing and tuning some of the most roughly handled pianos imaginable and learned so much along the way.
