Domain PropertyManagementmanages my townhome in the south loop. To say that I am thrilled to have them as my management company is an understatement.
First the staff led by Adam is phenomenal. He responds to all issues immediately and notifies me of what’s going on by phone and email. And his staff beyond him has the same quick response and offers the same quality treatment when he isn’t available.
He is great at finding tenants that pay on time. Don’t damage your place and get along with the other neighbors.
They have an online portal that keeps everything transparent and visual for all parties to see.
If there’s a leak, a crack or something else gone wrong. This is the company you want. If there’s a difficult HOA, this is the company you want.

Adam and his team at Domain are awesome. They make sure my properties that they manage for me are in good shape and filled with high quality tenants. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for us to have a needs analysis call to determine that we are a good fit for you. On the call, we will ask you questions about the property and give you a better idea of what to expect from us. Once we determine we are a fit, we will sign a management contract and start our new client onboarding process.
