Absolutely without a doubt one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with ANY service Ive ever used in my life. For three years I found myself constantly wondering if this was even a reputable management company or if it was a scam. Random charges posted to my monthly payments, late fees on said false charges, terrible customer service, terrible management of tasks needing to get done within the unit. There needs to be some serious looking into of this company to determine how much fraud is going on
