It's been a pleasure to work with Neuma these last few years. They have exceeded my expectations. As a busy professional, I've been investing a significant portion of my net worth in real estate. At the initial stages it was bearable handling the properties, but now it's gotten to the point that I needed a professional team to assist with optimizing the building's operations. That's where Neuma has come in; they have managed to get me more money for my rental properties than I expected. Had I known better I would have involved them from the very first investment property. Working with Neuma has eased a heavy burden for me. I'm a hands on person with a can-do attitude and I used to manage my building by myself but I quickly realized that I was in over my head. The Neuma team has made it seamless and I no longer have to worry about anything. Another huge value they provide is that they are advisors and help with strategizing on the investment - it's like they are always thinking about maximizing return on investment which has impacted how I think about real estate investing. A+ team!

We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Neuma’s team. They are professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. I was having difficult leasing up an 8-unit property during COVID, but they were very helpful in stabilizing the building and have consistently raised rents and kept expenses low. They have eased the burden and stress of property ownership and I’m grateful!
