Just completely ecstatic that I found Teton. Started with a cold call to Linda - he’s been nothing but a true professional and totally feel that I’m good hands - I even ended up buying another property despite living in S Korea. This professionalism goes to the very top. The owner Daniel really cares, making himself available for calls and going over and beyond to lend a helping hand when emergencies arise. Truly impressed by his team as well always so quick to respond and helpful. Mike (and Kevin) is always on top of things ensuring tenant needs are properly communicated and addressed and also working to keep the property in good shape. Have experience with property managers in various states but none compare to the excellence I have seen at Teton!!

From a Property Owner: Teton has been our property management company for several years. This property has 6+ units, in Chicago. Teton has covered the property needs, including rentals, maintenance, tenant relations, accounts payables and receivables, recommendations to the property. The Teton team has been responsive to all of our concerns related to maintaining occupancy, repairs, snow removal, etc. They provide a portal to tenants and a 24/7 service request line. The monthly reports Teton provides to me are complete via the owners portal, which has archived reports/work orders. They will work with us if any special reports are requested. If you are a property owner, seeking a property managment company, I recommend that you interview with Teton, to discuss what they will offer to your property.

Teton Properties manages a couple of my buildings and they have been phenomenal. I've gotten far more out of these buildings than I ever imagined I could. Great tenants (and tenant satisfaction), low turnover, excellent communication, and always super responsive with any maintenance issues. The value they deliver is unmatched. Hopefully I can continue to grow my portfolio and there is no other manager I'd trust to use than these guys. Highly recommend
