Just completely ecstatic that I found Teton. Started with a cold call to Linda - he’s been nothing but a true professional and totally feel that I’m good hands - I even ended up buying another property despite living in S Korea. This professionalism goes to the very top. The owner Daniel really cares, making himself available for calls and going over and beyond to lend a helping hand when emergencies arise. Truly impressed by his team as well always so quick to respond and helpful. Mike (and Kevin) is always on top of things ensuring tenant needs are properly communicated and addressed and also working to keep the property in good shape. Have experience with property managers in various states but none compare to the excellence I have seen at Teton!!

Teton Property Management took ownership of our condo management a few months ago from another (evil) management company that unexpectedly dropped our service. Teton quickly onboarded and didn't skip a beat. They are very responsive and handle issues appropriately without us (the board) knowing or spending much time on it. They work thoroughly and show transparency through every step of the way. 6 stars. amazing.
