Our mission is to assist property owners in securing their assets, minimizing risks, and maximizing rental income. In doing so, we also help tenants find stable housing. We specialize in Residential Property Management and Commercial Property Management. Many of our clients are investors located out of state or even out of the country, and we take pride in offering them a worry-free experience. Our full-service approach means we handle everything—from painting and remodeling to marketing, tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance, and evictions. Our team earned many industry designations and certifications, including CCIM, CAI, AARE, PRI, CNE, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, ABR, RECS, SRES, and ePRO, which underscores our commitment to excellence in property management. We excel when we have the autonomy to manage your property effectively. If you prefer a hands-off approach, we are the right choice for you. However, if you’re looking for part-time assistance, want to direct our management efforts, or wish to co-manage your property, we may not be the best fit. Since 2010, we have managed properties in receivership for the State of Illinois Courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Art with Three Pentacles is easily one of the most knowledgeable property managers in Chicagoland. When I was looking for a new management company, I called a good 10 places. during the time I had a tenant I was in the middle of evicting. Without pitching me, Art asked thoughtful questions to learn more about the situation. He clearly has immense knowledge of the eviction process and housing court system. After our call, I engaged his services and he's been prompt and supportive ever since. He has been navigating my difficult tenant situation with grace, using strategies that never crossed my mind. I feel secure knowing Art has my best interests forward, and is clearly able to manage my property within state and county compliance. Licensed Auctioneer (2008-2012). Earned the following real estate industry designations and certifications: CCIM, CAI, AARE, PRI, CNE, CIPS, CRB, CRS, GRI, ABR, RECS, SRES, ePRO Served as a Director/Board Member of the Chicago Association of Realtors (2002 to 2004).
