Just finished getting settled in; moving is usually daunting, messy, and full of unexpected hurdles. One of the most important qualities a management company should have for helping its tenants through this process is consistent and attentive communication. Mayssy Graza kept up to date on my questions and concerns through the whole experience, and listened and considered challenges and requests I threw her way. Thanks to Mayssy, my questions were answered promptly, I was never left feeling unsure or worried for long periods of time, and the overall move-in was about as easy as it gets. Highly recommend!
