- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Full Service Brokerage. We handle all aspects of Selling, Buying & Management of Real Estate properties. We currently service the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs. We will be offering both Brokerage & Property Management services in the Atlanta Metro area late Summer 2022 Our Property Management Fees are simple : Tenant Placement (We find a Tenant & take care of all the advertising/leasing of unit) is 75% of 1st month Rent Property Management(Tenant Placement if needed plus manage the unit) 10% of the monthly rent with a $80 minimum and $150 maximum per unit per month 10% discount on 4 units same owner/same location. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed Realtor® since 2012.Holding licenses in both IL (2012) & GA (2021). I currently hold an ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative) SFR® (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource ) and RENE® (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) designations from the National Association of Realtors®. I have been managing Real Estate portfolios since 2014.I am also a IL Licensed Community Association Manager. I have experience managing single family units up to 1500-unit communities in both Public Housing and Market Rate rental communities. I also have experience in the Management of HOA Communities.
