My pricing is based on the size of the property, number of photos needed, and any add-ons such as rush delivery. I provide clear pricing upfront with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or multiple properties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the property details and scheduling a shoot time that works best. I arrive prepared, capture high-quality images using professional equipment, and deliver edited photos promptly. Communication is clear throughout the process to ensure expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently an intern with ROA, where I work alongside professional real estate photographers. Through this role, I receive hands-on training in proper shooting techniques, composition, lighting, and industry standards for real estate photography. I also edit photos in-office using Lightroom, following professional workflows to ensure images are clean, balanced, and listing-ready.
