- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and upfront no hidden fees. No hourly prices all prices are seat flat fee so if the job takes us 20 minutes or four hours the prices are the same and we will complete it professionally and up to code and make sure that everything is ringing and operating correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come out estimate the job and be very upfront and honest with the customer and explain and educate the customer of different ways of completing the job and also what the customer can expect upon completion.

I have five years of school education, and also on the job experience
