- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is based on the total square footage of glass and the film you choose, never a flat guess per window. Measuring is free. Larger jobs get volume pricing. If you have old film that needs to come off, removal is quoted separately after we see it. Anything special like lifts, very tall glass or after-hours work for businesses is spelled out on the quote up front, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Send us your window sizes or a few photos and tell us what you want to fix (heat, glare, privacy, safety, looks). 2. We recommend the right film and give you a ballpark. 3. We confirm measurements on site and send a written quote by square footage. 4. We schedule the install at a time that works for you. Businesses can book after hours. 5. We clean the glass, install, trim clean edges and walk you through care.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our installers come from professional automotive film, where tolerances are tight and there is no room for bubbles, dust or ragged edges. We bring that same standard to flat glass and work with name-brand architectural films with manufacturer warranties.
