What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes instillation and a lifetime warranty on our film and on your glass in most applications. Window film can collect so much heat it cracks your glass, our warranty also covers your glass. Our pricing also includes any extra prep work or equipment needed to complete the work safely.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for measurements of glass panes WIDTH X HEIGHT, and what problem they are trying to solve.
