All around good experience. I needed some work done of cement stairs that had completely fell apart, seemingly beyond repair. Stacy quoted the job, and stuck with the price quoted after seeing it. There was some area he patched up along the stair wall that some contractors may have skipped, but he did the whole job. He started the job on time, finished on time, and cleaned up all the mess of scrap material that most contractors leave behind. Kept open line of communication throughout entire process too. Would definitely use again for my cement and masonry work!

it's not my fault your tenant stepped on fresh concrete 1 hour later... we use good concrete but you can't step on it when it's wet I told your tenant that I caution taped it off I told you that I did extra work and didn't charge you I repaired your retaining wall cracks.. I even told you that I would come back and repair the damage the tenant did free of charge but you wanted me to come out the next day and I'm busy I can't come when you want I have to come when I'm available okay so I'm still willing to come out to repair the footprint
