Ricky and his team were the best. In general contractors are just terrible, but Ricky broke the mold and delivered.

I bought my house 2 years ago knowing full well I was buying a hundred headaches, so when the ceiling in my kitchen started leaking during a big storm I wasn't surprised. Nor was I surprised when American Roofing & Constructions Solutions told me, upon inspection of my roof, that "whoever had been maintaining my roof did not know what they were doing".
These guys do know what they are doing, and 5 days after calling them I know my building is in much better shape than a week ago. American Roofing & Construction Solutions was able to do a ton of work in just a few days even during cold and sometimes snowy conditions. Ricky took a lot of time to explain the work that needed to be done and what should be done. He offered to fix my immediate problem for a fair price but also let me know his professional opinion on why I should not postpone important repairs if I intended to own this place long term (I do).
The work appears to be high quality, Ricky is warrantying it, the pricing was very fair, and I really appreciated that Ricky took his time to make me well informed. Everything was done quickly and was as small a hassle on me as possible.
I would definitely call Ricky first for any job I thought he and his team might be able to handle.

Had a issue with my roof, called American Roofing from home advisor, Ricky came out gave me a thorough evaluation of my roofs current condition, what was wrong with it, how it needed to be repaired and what to look out for in the future.
