Carlos was very pleasant, he listened to my issues and came immediately. He proposed several reasonable solutions. I listened. The roof looks amazing. I hired Carlos once I read reviews of him and do not regret my choice. He is prompt, knowledgeable and honest - three attributes you should look for in a contractor. I was on a budget and he worked with me to make my roof repair possible. He even threw in extra - caulking around the window over my dormer roof, which was not part of the deal.
