We primarily work with Shingle roofs, Flat modified roofs. There are two things I highlights when talking about my team, they are professionalism and top performers. Carlos was very pleasant, he listened to my issues and came immediately. He proposed several reasonable solutions. I listened. The roof looks amazing. He also ended up coming back to work on completely removing my concrete porch and building a complete new one. Carols team is very professional, on time, hard workers, and I have already referred him 4 times.

I hired Carlos once I read reviews of him and do not regret my choice. He is prompt, knowledgeable and honest - three attributes you should look for in a contractor. I was on a budget and he worked with me to make my roof repair possible. He even threw in extra - caulking around the window over my dormer roof, which was not part of the deal. If you're looking for a stand-up guy for your roofing needs, Carlos is your guy.
