- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality is relate to price cheap price, cheap materials but workmanship don’t have price we will be do the best with your budget
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do and inspection to determine if they need just a repair or full replacement based on the damages, do a proposal and show the materials that we have available based on the budget that they have and do the best work with out worries for the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I been on construction from all my childhood, I was helping to my father to do it estimates after this I worked with a different company doing estimates, inspections and agreements and my husband had his own crews of roof and I have my crews of siding and gutters
