Samir was very professional and pleasant. He walked my roof and took pictures of the repairs that were needed. He also suggested some changes to my gutter system that would eliminate water pooling by my front door. His team arrived earlier than planned, quickly fixed the items on the list and showed me updated photos of the repairs. I was most impressed with his customer service. The day before he was scheduled to work, it rained pretty bad and rain was pouring over a clogged gutter. I sent him a video of it and without hesitation he came right out to clean that gutter and fix the issue! Santos Roofing has superior service. I highly ecommend them.

I had damage to my house from a recent story. Santos roofing answered my query quickly and was at my house within the hour.
Mr. Santos was very professional, quoted a fair estimate on the work needed to be done, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. I not only recommend Santos roofing, but have added his number to my phone as he will be the first one I call if I ever need repairs again.

It was a very pleasant experience working with Samir and Santos Roofing Service. He replaced posts and damaged wood on my deck and stained it. They did a very good job. They also replaced the soffit and fascia in a small area of the roof and were honest about the additional work I requested (I wanted a solution that would cost less money). He told me it would not solve my problem, that he did not want me to spend money that would not stop the wood decay in my garage. His proposal was a solution to prevent decay from occurring again. I appreciate his honesty and his focus on the best way to fix the problem. I would recommend Santos Roofing again.

Santos Roofing did a GREAT job replacing storm damaged fascia aluminum cover on the home of our roof with new parts and installing extra nails all around the house to secure the other parts. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were prompt and professional.
