He walked right in looked at my printer and told me what was wrong in a matter of minutes. He was all of 30 minutes and I was back up and running. So excited as I was pressed for time on a project.

Derek came out for the initial visit to repair my printer. After several attempts to check the status of ordering repair parts with no reply I eventually came to the conclusion that he wasn't returning. It has been over 3 months now and still no word back from him, he also has my printer parts that are needed to order the correct parts, so I was stuck with a broken printer which now has missing pieces. I was charged $45 for him to take my printer parts and disappear. Very poor customer service and business practices!
