Debbie M. says, "Alex responded quickly we were scheduled for 12 o’clock start however when he wasn’t here at 12 o’clock, I reached out and was told that he was running late on a prior job and he wouldn’t be here till around 1:30 or 2:30. He arrived at 2:30 and promptly worked to diagnose the problem. Him not arriving on time creating anxiety for me because I had to work at 3 o’clock. The dryer needed cleaning. He cleaned it and charged $150 which I think was high, considering it took about an hours time. I didn’t haggle with the price only because had I let him leave. It would’ve cost me another service fee to have another repair person come out anyway the dryer is working. It’s heating nicely."See more

I had a somewhat complex job due to the weight of the machines and the size of the closet causing me to experience some difficulty finding service for a few weeks.
