The event took place at our house and we ordered food as well. First, he was very responsive I told him my budget, my wife's likes and dislikes, and he picked out an amazing lineup of wines. He also picked out incredible cheeses to match the wines. What was also amazing was that he picked out delicious non alcoholic wines for our friends who don't drink alcohol. He arrived on time and prepared everything. Bread was cut, cheese was sliced, wine was decanted, and champagne was put on ice. When we changed plans and wanted to do the tasting on the deck instead of in our living room, he was flexible and just went with the flow. The wines and cheeses were delicious and he was very entertaining. Such a great night Highly recommended for your next party, celebration, or any other event!"See more
