Introduction: After 6 productive years in the field of interior design, I have shifted my focus to a life passion, and that is competitive swimming. Over the past year, I have learned more about swimming mechanics training with Chicago Blue Dolphins than my prior 23 years of experience in the pool had offered. Chicago Blue Dolphins is an aquatic fitness business delivering state-of-the-art swim instruction and training programs. They have helped students as young as 6 months and as old as 78 years to love the water and to move with flow. Its revolutionary methods have been featured in The Chicago Tribune, The Chicago Tribune Magazine, Chicago Magazine, Chicago Athlete, Windy City Sports, The Chicago Reader, and US Masters Swimmer. As a swim coach, I deliver fun and quality classes to swimmers of any age/skill level backed by over 12 years of personal water safety instructor and lifeguard experience and consistent CBD branded training.
