FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At KFN Accounting & Financial, LLC, our pricing is transparent and tailored to the scope of work. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fees—every client’s situation is unique, so we provide a clear quote after understanding your needs. • Upfront Pricing: You’ll always know the cost before we begin—no surprise bills. • Value-Based Packages: For ongoing services (accounting, bookkeeping, fractional CFO), we offer monthly or quarterly packages designed to fit your budget and growth stage. • Tax Services: Pricing depends on the complexity of your return (individual, business, multi-state, K-1s, etc.). • Discounts: We occasionally offer promotional pricing for new clients, referrals, and bundled services (e.g., combining tax + bookkeeping). • No Hidden Fees: All fees are explained upfront, and you’ll only pay for the services you actually need. Our goal is to provide exceptional value—most clients see a return on investment through tax savings, time saved, and better financial control.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, clear, and stress-free: 1. Initial Consultation – We start with a discovery call to understand your situation, goals, and any immediate concerns. 2. Document Review – You’ll securely share relevant financials (tax returns, bookkeeping records, statements, etc.), so we can assess your needs in detail. 3. Customized Plan – We provide a clear scope of work, pricing, and timeline tailored to you—whether it’s tax prep, bookkeeping, or ongoing CFO support. 4. Implementation – We organize your financials, prepare filings, and set up systems to keep things efficient going forward. 5. Ongoing Support – You’ll have direct access to us year-round for questions, planning, and proactive advice—so you’re never left in the dark. Our goal is to make finances less overwhelming and more empowering, giving you clarity and confidence from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance and a Master’s in Accounting. Early in my career, I trained at RSM in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and financial advisory services, which gave me deep technical expertise in complex transactions and compliance. I also worked as a Financial Software Consultant at Infor, Inc. and later as a Chief Financial Officer for an e-commerce company, where I gained hands-on experience in financial operations, tax strategy, and business growth. Over the years, I’ve combined that training with extensive consulting across more than 100 clients—ranging from startups to multimillion-dollar companies—helping them with accounting, tax planning, financial modeling, and strategic advisory.
