- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that my pricing is transparent and based on the complexity of the return or service needed. Fees vary depending on factors such as individual versus business filings, the number of forms involved, and whether tax consulting or prior-year work is required. All pricing is discussed upfront before work begins, with no hidden fees, so clients know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with an initial consultation to understand the client’s needs and tax situation. I then collect and review the necessary documents, prepare and review the return or provide consulting guidance, and communicate clearly throughout the process. Before finalizing, I confirm accuracy and compliance, answer any questions, and ensure the client is confident before filing or moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed formal tax education and ongoing continuing education, including federal taxation coursework through the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I have earned IRS Continuing Education (CE) credits through IRS webinars covering Refundable Tax Credits, the Adoption Tax Credit, and Due Diligence requirements. Combined with 10 years of hands-on tax preparation experience, this ensures my work is accurate, compliant, and aligned with current IRS standards.
