- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each service can vary in price from language pair, to services offered. So no there is no standard pricing as each opportunity is different and presents a different/unique set of talent solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We find out the services desired and match that up to the best interpreters and or translators in the business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our interpreters and translators meet specific criterium which is verified before associating with our company: 1. Minimum 2 years prior interpreting or translating experience. 2. Licensed in Medical, Court, or other nationally recognized accreditation or college certificate. 3. Is native or demonstrates native fluency and proficiency in both source and target language.
