- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. No two trees are the same and no too yards are the same so it would be unfair to quote a standard price to a homeowner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The meet and greet are critical. making the homeowner feel comfortable from the beginning is key to the success of a project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 13 years in the business. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Urban Forestry.
