I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Preston and team were prompt, professional and efficient. After a round of severe thunderstorms in our area, we were met with a massive tree limb that split from the larger tree spanning my backyard as well as my neighbors.
Although overwhelmed I had to make calls to get quotes. Preston was the second to call, but the first to show up on site, provide a written quote and offer dates of service same week. It was no pressure, it felt like he understood the urgency while others were relishing in being “busy” due to so many needs in the area.
It was a no brainer to go with this company. I agreed to the quote on a Tuesday afternoon and the team showed up next day promptly in the morning earlier than promised to prep and began the job on time.
Throughout the process he communicated well and educated me on the tree and its probability of surviving another storm.

I had Preston perform work on my large Silver Maple tree that was growing on my roof. Him and his crew arrived on time and worked professionally together. They cleaned up and I was very satisfied. No. No two trees are the same and no too yards are the same so it would be unfair to quote a standard price to a homeowner.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The meet and greet are critical. making the homeowner feel comfortable from the beginning is key to the success of a project.
